If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. To return or exchange an item, please notify us within 8 days of receipt by completing the return form on our website.

If you choose to return your return in a different way, SMore is not responsible for delivery in a letterbox return. Check with the sender how the shipment will be delivered. We will not be responsible for missing items from the sender.

The costs and risk of the return shipment are borne by the customer, even if you want to exchange an item. Frank your pre-registered return form sufficiently and don’t forget to include your invoice number.
When trying on, make sure that the articles do not get dirty. From a hygienic point of view, we cannot take back soiled items.

Your return delivery must meet the following conditions:

-The item must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, including all attached labels in the original packaging.
-The article may not contain any signs of wear such as perfume, smoke or cooking smell.
-Return shipments must be send within 14 days of receipt. Outside this period, the return shipment can be refused.
Articles that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. SMore reserves the right to refuse returns if it is suspected that the products have been used or damaged through no fault of ours.
